Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the UNFOLD SWIM website and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Have these Terms reviewed by legal counsel if you need binding consumer or commercial terms.
1. The Service
UNFOLD SWIM operates an online storefront for swimwear and related products. Product descriptions, images, prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. We aim for accuracy but do not warrant that all content is error-free.
2. Accounts & sign-in
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. If you use “Sign in with Google” or another provider, your use of that sign-in is also subject to the provider’s terms and privacy policy. You must provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use of your account where applicable.
3. Orders, pricing & payment
Orders are offers to purchase. We may accept or decline orders (for example, due to stock, fraud checks, or shipping limits). Prices and fees shown at checkout apply unless clearly stated otherwise. Payment is processed through the methods we make available (e.g. e-wallets, cards, bank transfer as configured at checkout).
4. Shipping & risk
Delivery timelines are estimates unless we state a binding commitment. Risk of loss passes according to our shipping policy and carrier practices as described at checkout or on our help pages.
5. Returns & refunds
Our return and refund rules are described on our Returns page and at checkout where applicable. Swimwear and hygiene-related rules may limit returns.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful activity, no interference with the site or other users, no scraping or automated access beyond what we allow, and no attempt to access non-public systems or data.
7. Intellectual property
Content on the Service (branding, text, images, layout) is owned by UNFOLD SWIM or its licensors. You may not copy or exploit it without permission, except for personal browsing and ordering.
8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss beyond the amount you paid for the relevant order in dispute (subject to mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived).

10. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, except where law requires additional notice or consent.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply in your country of residence.
